Before steaming we use pre-spray that contains citrus enzyme cleaner especially made to attack the dirt and proteins trapped within the fibers and oxidizers that help brighten carpets all while helping remove urine/pet stains, blood, organic oil/cooking oils and grease, tar, build up and etc. When necessary we use additional stain removers.
